If you suffer from recurring back pain due to bad posture then try this one-off ‘Good Posture the Pilates Way’ workshop for ideas that can be incorporated into your daily routine.
This 55 minute workshop will take you through a series of simple exercise which will be beneficial to improving your stance and managing your aches and pains related to poor posture.
