25 May 2012
University of Manchester student, 21-year-old Zak Lee-Green, will be an Olympic Torchbearer in his home town of Cardiff tomorrow.
The Olympic hopeful, who won the Junior Quad at the Home Internationals Regatta, was selected because of his commitment and dedication to his sport of rowing and inspiring his peers through coaching the junior squad in his local community.
Zak is a member of the Talented Athletes Scholarship Scheme at The University of Manchester.
Zak, a third-year Dentistry student, is currently training for the U23 World Championships in July.
