Work is progressing as expected on our junk email filtering system

This week we've completed the installation of the new junk email filtering system. We're now in the process of setting it up; periodically submitting junk emails which have been missed by the current filtering system and evaluating it to ensure it works as expected.
Once this process is complete, the new system will be brought into service and then you should notice an improvement. We anticipate this happening by the end of next week (w/c 3 April), and we'll have more information in next week's update.
As no junk email filtering system is 100% effective, we're also updating the method for our staff to submit junk email they’ve received, to help us respond to new patterns of junk email. This will be a very quick and simple process, but one which will allow us all to play a part in helping to reduce the number of unwanted, frustrating and often offensive messages in our inboxes.
More details on this will follow once the new system is in place.
