Confirmation and reminder emails are not arriving but training courses still being booked

Staff Learning and Development is experiencing an email outage.

Its confirmation and reminder emails are not being sent out; however training courses are still being booked so colleagues can continue to use the online training catalogue.

If they need confirmation, they can visit the My Development section of the website and see that they have been booked in.

IT Services are investigating the problem and staff will be told when the problem has been rectified.
