Delays receiving external email - now resolved

We are aware of an issue affecting our email service, causing delays on receiving external email

This means that email sent from outside the University's Exchange email service - used by staff and postgraduate students - is not yet appearing in staff mailboxes.

IT Services' email team have identified the issue and are working on the fix, and we will post more information when we have it.


Update: As of 5pm Friday, this issue has now been resolved, and the service is now working through the backlog of queued emails.
