New Year, new you, with a great fitness programme for 2018


If you want to get fit and toned, Active Manchester offer something for everyone - whether its dance classes, kettlebells, bums and tums, cardio blast plus many more to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing. 

If you would like a more holistic approach to physical activity, we have a variety of yoga classes, Pilates classes and movement, meditation & strength sessions such as Tai Chi for health, Indian club swinging and Tai Chi ball.
