Mediation services goes from strength to strength

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team are delighted to have trained eight new mediators to support the activities of its in-house mediation team, taking the team to a total of 18

The mediation team provides support to both staff and students who wish to resolve disputes, disagreements or personal issues between people at work. It aims to provide a safe environment where individuals can discuss issues with an independent, impartial mediators.  All of our mediators are volunteers who have undertaken extensive training to undertake the role.  The service is entirely confidential and free to use.
