Faculty of Humanities celebrates 12 green days of Christmas

Christmas bauble

The Faculty Office for the Faculty of Humanities will be running the 12 Green Days of Christmas campaign to celebrate the official countdown to Christmas.

Each business day from Thursday, 7 December until Friday, 22 December, the Humanities Administration Green Impact Stewards (HAGIS) will send out social media graphics, video clips and emails featuring tips on how to stay green during the run up the holidays. From tips on reducing waste, New Year’s resolutions and ideas for eco-gifts - there’ll be plenty ideas to help staff make greener choices during the festive period.

The Crawford House team will also be hosting activities in the Faculty Office which will offer staff the chance to have a break and get in the Christmas spirit.

Please feel free to take part in any of the activities (details will be in each daily email), share the graphics and videos, and forward our daily emails to your staff. Feel free to change them to suit your own local needs.

To get your email, contact:

If you’re using Twitter, use the hashtags #UoMGI and #12GreenDays.
