We are now advertising for a new cohort of the ILM Level 5 in Effective Coaching and Mentoring! Applications are now open, please use this link to access the application form:

Please note that this course commences on Thursday, 23 May 2024, is restricted to 16 delegates and you will need your line manager/supervisor’s approval to your application.  

The course itself is four full day workshops, and three half day coaching development groups, and these are spread across about 9 months. In addition to this, you are required to log 18 hours of coaching externally to these sessions, and access 2 hours of supervision. The course requires submission of a detailed coaching diary, assignment, and a SWOT assessment.
