Please complete the colleague engagement survey – Your Voice Matters
27 Mar 2025
A message from Vice-President and Dean, Fiona Devine, and Executive Director of Faculty Operations, Hannah Rundle
Dear all,
The University’s new colleague engagement survey has now launched. It is an important way for you to share how engaged you feel in the work you do, what you value most about working here and where things can be improved.
You should have already received an email invitation to complete the survey from independent survey company People Insight. The survey is part of ‘Your Voice Matters’, a new approach to staff and student feedback. We know everyone is busy, so it should only take around 5-10 minutes to fill in. We have both already completed the survey, and we found it very quick and easy.
All responses will go directly to People Insight so that they remain confidential and it will not be possible for anyone at the University to identify you. Please be completely open and honest in your answers. Your responses are invaluable and will help make our University a better place to work for all.
Everyone who completes the survey will have the option to be entered into a series of prize draws taking place every Tuesday and Friday while the survey is live, where you could win £100 of Love2shop vouchers. Once you have completed your survey, you will start being entered into the prize draw – the sooner you take part, the more chances you have of winning.
Responses will be saved as you go, so if you do not have time to complete it all at once, you can make a start and return to it later. Once you have completed your survey, remember to submit it to ensure your responses are recorded.
The survey will remain open until midnight on Tuesday, 22 April. For more information, please visit the Your Voice Matters Hub on StaffNet.
Thank you for your support with this.
Best wishes,
Fiona and Hannah
