Information about issues affecting My Manchester and Blackboard

Service has now been restored; access to My Manchester and Blackboard is available again. Anyone still experiencing issues can contact the IT Support Centre: https://www.itservices.manchester.ac.uk/help/

IT Services are investigating issues which are affecting colleagues' and students' access to My Manchester.
Similarly, some people may also have issues when attempting to access Blackboard. We are investigating these issues as a matter of priority and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
