Have your say in the Colleague Engagement Survey before Tuesday, 22 April, and be in with the chance of winning one of nine £100 Love2Shop vouchers

Colleague survey

The survey, which only takes 5 – 10 minutes to complete, is an important way for all colleagues to share how engaged they feel in the work they do, what they value most about working here and where things could, and should, be better. 

The survey closes on Tuesday, 22 April. If you are taking leave for Easter holidays make sure you complete it before you go. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to have your say and win a £100 Love2Shop voucher.

Five colleagues have won so far. There are still more chances to win, draws take place every Wednesday and Friday during the survey. Once you have submitted your survey, you will have the option to be entered into all subsequent draws.

Your feedback really does make a difference. Did you know that your feedback led to:

  • The introduction of the new employee electric vehicle (EV) scheme
  • The addition of the Social Recognition Wall on Purple Place so colleagues can thank peers and give recognition
  • Improvements to onboarding of new colleagues including campus tours, a new Welcome Guide, new guidelines for managers and new starter and leaver surveys
  • Improvements to the Managers Essentials pages on StaffNet including a Must Do checklist for New Managers
  • Updated training for managers around mental health, guiding them to provide practical support for their colleagues.
