Townhall with Professor Duncan Ivison, Student Experience Programme

28 Mar 2025

Your Voice Matters. Join us 1-2pm on Tuesday, 8 April to explore the recent report into the people and structures element of the Student Experience Programme.

Duncan Ivison

All colleagues are invited to our next townhall meeting with Professor Duncan Ivison to discuss the recent report into the people and structures element of the Student Experience Programme (SEP).

For those of you not familiar with it, SEP was an initiative to create a revised staffing model and ways of working, alongside new technology and processes, to improve the experience of our students and colleagues.

The report is based on a wide-ranging and thoughtful process with more than 220 hours of engagement and 650 colleagues submitting online feedback.

Duncan will be joined by a panel of other senior colleagues to explore the findings of the report and answer your questions.

What to expect

The event will begin with an introduction before moving into a Q&A where you can share your questions, feedback and ideas with the panel.

Book your place

  • Book your place by filling out your details on the form. You can choose to register to attend in-person or online.

A calendar invite with the event location and opportunity to pre-submit your question will be sent ahead of the event.

A hybrid option which allows colleagues to ask questions online is available for those who cannot be on campus, but we’d like to encourage you to attend in person if possible.
