Dear colleagues

Our gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, and religion pay gaps for 2024 are now available.

We are legally required to produce an annual gender pay gap report, and we also choose to report on ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, and religion. This reflects our commitment to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion at the University and beyond.

During the publication process of our pay gaps for 2024, we discovered an issue with our calculation methodology, leading to inaccurate data. As a result, we are only able to share the 2024 data at this stage, our full Pay Gap report, with analysis and actions, will be published later in the year.

This March, we are sharing the following information:

Pay Gaps

Mean               Median                Mean Bonus            Median Bonus
Gender Pay Gap       15.5%      9.8%        41.0%     -96.3%

Reporting this data is fundamental to holding ourselves accountable for progressing equity for all at the University. We remain committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and look forward to sharing more information in the coming months.
