Oracle Financials downtime – Wednesday, 2 to Thursday, 10 April 2025

Oracle Financials will be unavailable from 2pm on Wednesday, 2 April until 9am on Thursday, 10 April 2025 as part of a necessary system upgrade.

This mandatory upgrade will ensure the Oracle Financials system remains secure.  

During this time, Oracle Financials (including iProcurement/eMarketplace, My Project Finance, and Wands for Oracle reporting) will be completely unavailable: 

  • Users will not be able to raise requisitions or purchase items using Oracle Financials 
  • Users will not be able to access, input transactions, or report on any items during this period.  
  • All integrations with other systems will be turned off so financial information will not be updated until the system is switched back on. 

Exact timings have been issued to Oracle users directly, and users will be kept updated as the upgrade progresses. 

Users expecting to post transactions or use the system between 2 –10 April should plan accordingly for this downtime by completing any essential transactions or tasks before the downtime begins, referring to any deadlines given in separate detailed communications.
