Thank you to those of you who have completed all eight essential training courses and helped us create a safe and compliant environment for all our colleagues and students.

We’re pleased to share that 87% of colleagues have completed their essential courses learning journey, helping us create a safe and compliant environment for all our colleagues and students. 

We understand that this required a significant time commitment, and everyone is busy at this time of year, but it's a vital part of our roles and a shared responsibility for all of us, so thank you. 

Prize draw 

For all colleagues who completed the courses by the deadline of Friday, 28 February, you've been entered into a prize draw to win an additional day of paid leave! There are 100 prizes up for grabs, and we'll be contacting the lucky winners this coming week with details on how to claim. 

Next steps 

For those who haven't completed the training yet, it’s important that we all complete the eight courses. We will be following up with those colleagues who haven’t yet completed, as it isn’t optional, but required.  

New starters 

If you joined us within the last eight weeks, don’t worry—these courses are part of your induction process. For more information, please speak with your line manager or visit New starter inductions to ensure you complete all eight courses within your first few months of joining.
