Instructions from IT Services about setting up new equipment and recovering your IT account
If you've arrived back after the break with a new laptop, phone or tablet, IT Services have instructions on how to get it set up on some University services.
Anyone who uses their phone for 2-factor authentication will need to register any new devices they want to use.
If you have a new phone but have kept the same number, you can simply reinstall the Duo Mobile App and download your back-up Duo data from your cloud storage, if you enabled Duo Restore on your smartphone.
Next, you'll probably want to connect your new device to the eduroam Wi-Fi network:

Have you forgotten your password? You can recover your IT account and set a new password through the IT Account Manager, which will make it easier for you to get up and running again.
