Shaping our digital future: Insights from the 2023/2024 Jisc survey
17 Dec 2024
We are listening to what people across the University have to say about their digital experiences and improvements they would like to see from the 2023/2024 Jisc Digital Experience Insights Survey.
Over 800 colleagues and students responded to the survey and provided responses around the convenience of digital technologies in their work and accessing online platforms and services off campus.
Professional Services colleagues generally felt positive about their digital working experience and the convenience of digital technologies in their work. Colleagues who deliver teaching and learning identified further improvements are needed to support them to access online platforms and services off campus and rated the support the University offers them to teach effectively using technology as poor or below.
