We want to hear from you to understand your digital experiences in your work and teaching.

JISC survey 2024

Understanding what is working well and what challenges you face will help shape improvements across the University. 

This year’s Jisc Digital Experience Insights Surveys are now open for colleagues and students to provide feedback and help inform improvements to enhance everyone’s digital University experience.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and your responses are strictly confidential. 

Complete either the teaching staff or PS staff survey today and help the continuing transformation of the University’s digital landscape.  

Does your role involve teaching or the curriculum? 

  • Find out how you would like digital technologies to be used in learning and teaching, 
  • Understand how you use our digital environment and services, and ways these could be improved, 
  • Identify and address problems that create barriers to your online teaching practices, 
  • Better understand how we can support your digital capability needs, 
  • Running the teaching staff insights survey provides us with additional data and allows us to build a richer picture about your views on digital teaching, learning and assessment.

Improvements to enhance the University’s digital experience are already in progress. Findings from the 2023/2024 surveys are under review and recommendations are being identified. The results, recommendations and progress to datewill be shared with colleagues and students through local and broadcast channels in the coming months.
