Planned disruption to IT login service and IT Account Manager

IT Services need to perform maintenance on Tuesday, 5 December which will result in disruption to the IT login service and IT Account Manager

This will only affect websites which use the Central Authentication System and Shibboleth login as shown in the above image (for example, Blackboard, the Video Portal), and not Wi-Fi or the Microsoft login system (for example, Microsoft 365, IT Support Portal, GlobalProtect, MyView). 

From 5.15pm on 5 December, the service is expected to be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes, however please allow up to 6.45pm for the work to complete. 

Please note that anyone who is already logged in to systems such as Blackboard and the Video Portal will remain logged in; it is only new IT logins and access to the IT Account Manager which will be affected during this time.
