You will no longer receive a CAS number when contacting P&OD operations
As part of the continuous improvement of People and OD operations there are changes in the way you communicate with the team.
Team email addresses
Instead of emailing People-od.operations@manchester.ac.uk colleagues are encouraged to email the appropriate team via their specific email address. Email addresses for Employment services, Recruitment, Payroll, Global mobility, P+OD systems, Policy and Rewards can be found on
CAS number
When contacting P&OD operations you will no longer receive an automated reply with a dedicated CAS number.
This is part of a wider suite of improvements in People and OD operations to improve how they communicate with you and manage your P&OD requests.
Instead you will receive a personalised email from a member of the team who will be managing your query.
