Join our Community Festival

From 18-20 June our University will be opening its virtual doors and welcoming people locally and nationally to our online Community Festival. Why not join us!

From dancing and baby-play to making a real difference to lives of communities in Northern Uganda, there’s something for every interest and every age. There are scheduled events running throughout Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a number of ‘drop-in’ events that can be joined anytime.

So, whether it’s art, science, poetry, history or languages that you’re interested in or whether you just want to get moving and get active with friends and family, there’s lots of fun to be had at our Community Festival.

The Festival will showcase our cutting-edge research. Over the years the University has been home to some world-changing discoveries in science, medicine and the arts, contributing to Manchester’s history as the birthplace of new ideas. The Festival will provide the opportunity for you, your family and friends to learn more about your place of work.
