Getting IT support with Connect

The Library’s Digital Support Analysts and ServiceNow champions are running a drop-in for all Library staff to look at the new online IT support portal, Connect.

The drop-in will be held on Tuesday, 26 November from 10.30am - 11.30am in the Ground Floor Seminar Room, Main Library.

Join to:

• Look at ways to use Connect;
• Get help to log an IT issue that you currently have;
• Chat with Analysts and champions about your thoughts on Connect;
• Look at behind the scenes of ServiceNow, which powers Connect.

There will be some IT freebies too.
