M365 survey

We encourage all staff to complete the survey by Friday, 15 December.

Early last year, the M365 Project ran a survey to better understand how Library staff were using Microsoft 365 applications to collaborate on documents, or to share knowledge and information needed to run our library services.  

In response to feedback, our Library Digital champions produced a set of training resources to help staff get the most from a range of M365 tools.  These are available on our dedicated M365 channel within the All-Staff Teams channel. The Library Digital Champions will continue to be available to help colleagues with all things M365, so please do feel free to post any questions you might have in the Teams channel. 

The survey will now be re-run, with some revised questions, to assess the impact of these training resources, and to identify any remaining gaps or issues.
