Complete the MECD evaluation survey for your chance to win £200 vouchers

The Year 2 MECD evaluation survey will run between Monday, 18 November to Friday, 13 December

Last year’s post-occupancy evaluation survey gave us our first comprehensive snapshot into what working life looks like across the MECD site. With almost 900 responses, your feedback has driven a variety of service and facility improvements over the last 12 months and helped to established benchmarks around everyday building experience.

Thanks to your feedback we have a better understanding of what’s working well and what needs improvement. Now having another year of lived experience around your everyday working life we want to hear from you again.

Year 2 post-occupancy evaluation survey

The Year 2 MECD evaluation survey covers the same areas of working life as last year’s survey, providing an opportunity to share your experience around:

  • general building operations and processes; 
  • facilities and ways of working, and how these impact your work, teaching and/or research; 
  • elements such as collaboration, community and wellbeing support.

Insights from the Year 2 survey will provide a broad picture of staff and PGR experience over the last 12 months and emerging trends - which elements have gotten better over time and which areas are still causing issues for building users.

Completing the survey

We want to hear from all staff and PGRs who use the space – whether you’re based in the workspace or just use facilities for teaching and/or research and no matter how long you have worked in the buildings. Everybody’s experience looks different, and only through hearing from as many building users as possible can we ensure priority areas and action plans are reflective of everybody’s needs.

This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, with sections broken up so you’ll only have to provide feedback around areas which are part of your role and day-to-day activities.

Once you’ve completed the survey, you can enter our weekly prize draw for a chance to win £200 of high street shopping vouchers – one winner will be selected each week between Monday, 18 November and Friday, 13 December, when this survey will close.
