House gas and gas manifolds must be temporarily isolated in order to allow statutory servicing and compliance testing
| For attention of: | All lab users of Nancy Rothwell Building, Engineering Building B and York Street Building |
| Nature of work: | Annual servicing of house gas and local gas manifolds (Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Oxygen and Argon) in MECD |
| Dates: | Monday, 6 January – Friday, 17 January |
| Impact: | House gas and manifolds will be unavailable during this program (full details can be found below) |
| Reason for work: | To carry out statutory annual service and compliance testing |
| What you need to do: | Please ensure all equipment using house gases and manifolds are isolated by 4pm the day before the allocated day |
Please note this work will not affect the compressed air supply.

The following gases will be unavailable on the following days. Please ensure all equipment using these gases are isolated by 4pm the day before the allocated date.

| Tuesday, 7 January 2025 | |
| Wednesday, 8 January 2025 | Argon |
| Thursday, 9 January 2025 | Nitrogen |
| Friday, 10 January 2025 |
Local gas manifolds will be unavailable on the following days. Please ensure all equipment using these gases are isolated by 4pm the day before the allocated day. Please note that any local manifold which is unused may be serviced outside of these dates.
