RESOLVED: Issues with Xerox Managed Print Service

IT Services are investigating an issue with the University’s managed print service.
Update: Tuesday 8 April 2025, 11.15am
The issue with the Xerox Managed Printers is now resolved and service has been restored. We will work with our third party supplier to understand the issue and implement steps to prevent reoccurrence.

Printing jobs are not being released from the printer when a user logs in to print them.
