Resource Booker downtime
12 Dec 2024
Work to upgrade the system starts on Sunday, 15 December – system expected back online before the end of the week
The University’s Resource Booker system will be subject to downtime while it is upgraded and the timetabling service is being rebuilt from Sunday, 15 December. The system is expected to be back online later in the week.
Any booking tiles which link to rooms used for teaching in the timetabling system will be unavailable from the morning of Sunday, 15 December in preparation for the work taking place. This includes tiles for Central Teaching and Meeting Rooms, Central Computer Clusters, Meet & Teach Rooms in MECD, and locally owned rooms in AMBS, Jean McFarlane, Martin Harris, Stopford, among some others.
Other tiles which don’t link to the timetabling system, such as those for Hot Desking, Library spaces, and meeting rooms which are not used for teaching including those in MECD, will still be available during this period.
