Leading for Research Fellows is a development programme designed to enable research fellows to come together to develop their leadership skills and abilities
The programme enables delegates to consider their own leadership, how they interact with others, and develop tools and techniques to help them in a research career.
Programme structure
- Focused, half day workshops to fit around existing commitments.
- Online workshops for accessibility, recognising that researchers are not always in Manchester.
- Personalised sessions (Action Learning Sets) on your own development needs.
- Work with, and use the knowledge of, other fellows in a similar situation to you.
The programme will cover self-leadership, thinking strategically, managing others, delegation and managing change.
