19 Jun 2023

Aquatics car park has reopened and can be accessed by Aquatics permit holders – issues with ground floor access now resolved. Booth Street West car park users can exit using the intercom if required.

Steering wheel

The Aquatics car park has reopened and can now be accessed by Aquatics permit holders.

There were some issues with access at the ground floor this morning; however, this is now resolved. If you still experience issues with swiping in and out at the ground floor, please use the intercom and then contact:

Please can we remind Aquatics permit holders that they MUST park on Level 7 and above, and anyone found parking on the lower floors may have their permit revoked. If you are unable to access the upper floors, please contact the Permit Office.

All car park permit holders are now asked to revert to using their usual car parks, as the Permit Office will be removing additional access at the end of this week.

Some users will have entered the car parks this morning whilst barriers were raised; however, most barriers have now been lowered. Permit holders will need to use the intercom to exit if they are unable to swipe out.

Booth Street West

There is currently an issue at Booth Street West multistorey so if you are unable to swipe out today, please use the intercom. The Permit Office will then manually exit users so that permit holders can regain access next time they arrive.
