PGR Supervisors Toolkit: section update

Following feedback from supervisors and postgraduate researchers, Dorcas Inclusive Education has developed, for the PGR Supervisor Toolkit, a section on anti-racist and culturally responsive supervision and how to embed this within supervisory practice
PGR supervisors are encouraged to access the toolkit for guidance on this important topic. As many PGR supervisors are currently recruiting and supporting PGRs to complete their thesis, they may also find the sections in the toolkit on recruiting the best candidate and supporting writing particularly useful. Users of the toolkit are also encouraged to provide feedback to ensure the resource continues to be useful and relevant.
Supervisors are also reminded that they can have their research supervision recognised via the UKCGE accreditation programme and support for this process is provided by the Researcher Development team.
