Promote our annual Postgraduate Study Fair to all undergraduate and PGT students
28 Oct 2016
This is an opportunity for our students to plan their next steps by meeting with representatives from universities from throughout the UK and overseas, and hear about the hundreds of postgraduate course places on offer
Organised by The Careers Service, The Postgraduate Study Fair will take place at Manchester Central Convention Centre on 16 November (11am-3.30pm).
The Postgraduate Study Fair differs from our own Postgraduate Taught and Research Open Days in that it features over 90 institutions, all offering courses and further training for September 2017.
As well as a huge number of universities (such as UCL and the University of York), there will also be a number of advisory bodies such as FindAMasters.com, FindAPhD.Com and The Australian Trade Commission to name a few.
Publicising the event
Please ensure that students any penultimate and final-year UG students and PGT students are aware of the fair as an opportunity to:
- find out about the huge range of postgraduate course vacancies in Manchester and beyond;
- make personal contact with course representatives from multiple institutions, all under one roof;
- get expert advice on topics such as postgraduate study overseas, teacher training, funding and what doing a master’s or PhD is really like.
We have printed flyers and posters available, as well as digital marketing materials such as slides for presentations and web signage to be used on digital screens. If you would like to use any of these, please contact:
