Donna Lloyd (School of Health Sciences)

Donna’s Teaching Excellence Award submission detailed how she has had a significant impact on Assessment and Feedback since coming to the University of Manchester in July 2021 reaching across two Schools in FBMH at both UG and PGT levels. Her submission showcased three examples which demonstrated how her approach, incorporating reflexive learning and optionality with a focus on inclusivity, had significant impact on improving student outcomes, with positive feedback from colleagues who see the value in her approach and have since implemented these methods into their own teaching.
