Winners for Flexible learning and digital delivery and the Student voice

As Programme Director of BSc Accounting, Reimi was seeking to create an inclusive, accessible and personalised student-friendly space to build trust and provide targeted support for students on the programme. Hamza, an elearning technologist supported Reimi in creating this Teams community space with reusable resources including a repository space for wider sharing purposes.

This innovative belonging project was a collaborative initiative Reimi led with Hamza, Humanities e-learning technologist and a student partner to authentically build an inclusive and accessible community for BSc Accounting students. The project aimed to nurture a sense of belonging in a blended learning environment and promote autonomy amongst students including the student voice. Reimi and Hamza have shared this project at events both within and beyond the university, leading to further interest and take up of this project by other academics across the university seeking to create their tailored communities of practice.
