Aya Van Renterghem (Library)

This submission demonstrated how Aya Van Renterghem, in the new role of Special Collections Teaching and Learning Coordinator, has innovated and improved the library’s object-based teaching approach. She has focused on being more inclusive and widening access by expanding the teaching remit, working with academics to develop alternative assessments, and enhancing options for engaging with Special Collections through volunteering and placements.
