Adam’s Teaching Excellence Award submission demonstrates his commitment to inclusive education and the power of the student voice across a range of teaching and learning projects the Library contributes towards. From empowering our access programmes, reacting to student needs in the height of the pandemic and nurturing the Library’s award winning Student Team, Adam has demonstrated how his understanding of students and their needs combined with a willingness to work in genuine co-creation models can create sustainable impact. The submission demonstrated a breadth of impact throughout the student life cycle where scalable and sustainable changes have been implemented.
