Headspace

The University of Manchester Students’ Union has recently established a partnership with Headspace.

This partnership offers students (and staff – TBC) free access to the entire Headspace library for one year. 

There are 3,000 licenses available, and the referral process is as follows:

• Get in touch with the SU Advice Service via the Online Contact Form. A UoM email address must be used on the form, as this is required in order to access Headspace.
• In the ‘Your enquiry’ section, state that access Headspace is the reason for getting in touch. No further details are necessary.
• The Advice Service will respond to requests by sending a link to sign up for free.

All colleagues can refer students – you don’t need to make an assessment of the student or check that they meet any particular criteria. If, using your professional judgement you think it would be helpful for the student, that is sufficient. Self-referrals are also possible.
