Teams Voice External Calling
Work anywhere using Microsoft Teams Voice to make and receive external phone calls.
The External Calling Project has now delivered Microsoft Teams Voice to all colleagues who meet the requirements. This will allow those colleagues at the University to make and receive external calls within Microsoft Teams.
Phase 3 of the project is now underway. We're transitioning old Meeting Room devices and Non-Voice Devices to the new system, as well as the implementation new applications for colleagues needing a Switchboard and Call Centre.

What is the timeline for the rollout?
We are now implementing three different workstreams under Phase 3.
