My role
You are asked to encourage our students to take part in the Stellify programme and become a distinctive University of Manchester graduate.
Programme teams and course tutors can:
- Introduce Stellify to new students in Welcome Week.
- Remind students returning in all years of study.
- Offer a Step Up and Lead Role to our students – find out how you can do this.
- Promote Stellify activities such as Peer Support, volunteering, Ethical Grand Challenges etc to all students throughout the year.
Academic Advisors can:
- Be an advocate for the principles of Stellify – find out more about the opportunities open to your students
- Talk to your students about their Stellify activities. For example, ask your first years if they enjoyed the Sustainability Challenge; ask about extra-curricular activities and whether they are aware of the STELLIFY Award; check for awareness of relevant UCIL courses that might enhance development and career aims.
