The action plans
University leaders (including Deans, Heads of School, Directors of PSS Directorates, the University Librarian and Directors of the visitors attractions) were sent their sets of results and were tasked with creating local action plans which relate to the area/s they are responsible.
These University-level themes and action plans were agreed by the University’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Progress against the University-level themes and the other major action plans will be monitored by the Staff Survey Steering Group which will meet on a regular basis. This group will also plan ongoing communications to keep staff informed of progress to put into place the University-level actions.
