Previous Surveys

This year will be the fifth time we’ve run the Staff Survey. It is the most effective way of measuring how our staff feel about working here, what they enjoy and which areas need improvement. Staff Survey action plans were developed after the 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019 surveys, which were aimed at addressing issues at University and local levels.
