Project Manager Development
This section outlines some skills that you may want to develop to support your role in project management. You may also want to review the APM Competence Framework, which outlines a detailed list of competencies that support effective project management.
The following guide, Developing Your Project Management Capabilities, has been created to support the development of project and programme managers across the University. Whether you are just starting out or you are an experienced project manager, you will find learning and development resources to support your continuing professional development. The guide includes specific links for three levels of learning: Foundation, Practitioner and Advanced.
On-going learning and development as a Project Manager will help you to deliver successful projects. Look through the guide, the resources and courses to find something to support your learning.
