About Us

The Strategic Change Office (SCO), in the Directorate of Planning, drives University-wide transformation and oversees the Strategic Change Portfolio. We manage a variety of projects and programmes that span both academic and professional services.

We leverage our expertise in change delivery to manage a unified strategic change portfolio, aligning with the University’s strategic plan.

Our Objectives

  • Enhance the management, delivery, and governance of strategic change.
  • Advocate for the development of skills and toolkits for all colleagues involved in strategic change.
  • Implement and embed assurance processes for strategic change.

Our Approach 

We execute projects that boost effectiveness and efficiency, support financial sustainability, and free up funds for strategic investments across the University. This approach yields several key benefits:
