Research impact funding

There is significant funding available to support research impact activity, including internal schemes for translational research projects and flexible support from our UKRI Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) funding streams. External funders also issue recurring and one-off calls.  You can find these by searching Research Professional (University of Manchester login required).

Research impact funding is often time, faculty or discipline specific. Faculty Research Impact Teams maintain a list of available opportunities, timelines and eligibility criteria. Please contact your School Research Impact Officer and they can advise you on the most appropriate route.
