Academic and PS colleagues are invited to take part in a study that aims to improve the diversity and inclusivity of research here at the University.
It will explore how opportunities for collaboration with industry partners are disseminated among colleagues, identify any barriers to sharing these opportunities and investigate whether the coaching application Kultra can improve their distribution and accessibility.
This research will be conducted in collaboration with the Knowledge Exchange Partnership team and KultraLab Ltd.
The study will require your participation in two surveys – one before and one after the use of the Kultra app – and the use of the Kultra application for a period of eight weeks. We estimate that the daily use of the application will take less than five minutes of your time.
