Student Marketing, Recruitment and Digital evaluation
The remit of our work covers Student Marketing, Recruitment and Digital evaluation. This covers pre application audiences through to students enrolling, although the admissions data is managed by Ian Bradley within the DSE. There are UCAS sources we use to develop an understanding of the undergraduate market, but we are careful not to use the admissions data within Dynamics to create new views of admissions statistics available elsewhere. We develop engagement opportunities for our audiences through CRM systems (forms, events, chat facilities) and build the analytics to support performance. This will involve using data sources taken from our core CRM systems - Gecko, Dynamics, and Spotler. We also use digital analytics tools including GA4 and AHREFS to develop the performance of our digital assets through understanding content engagement and digital journeys that our audiences move through.
