The University of Manchester Library launched the Library Reshaping Project (LRP) in February 2019 under the new John Rylands University Librarian.
The University was required to replace the current statutory annual Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) Student return with one returned multiple times in-year.
The vision was to "work smarter, live better." It aimed to create a flexible workforce, embedding new working methods to enhance flexibility optimising estates and technology.
