- Wellbeing Support: The University provides various key resources to support employee wellbeing, including mental health services, wellness programs, and financial wellbeing tools. Wellbeing at work is essential to foster a healthy environment.
- Staff Mental Health– The HealthHero Assist Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) has lines open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Staff mental health should be prioritised by all managers.
- Reward, Recognition and Benefits: Managers may find it useful to be aware of the various opportunities available for their staff to be rewarded and recognised. They can also familiarise their staff with the new reward and benefits platform, Purple Place for staff discounts.
