Systems and Workforce Information

The People and OD Systems team maintain the People/Payroll system, ResourceLink, and work in close partnership with colleagues in IT Services to manage the relationship with our provider, Zellis.

The team plan and implement system upgrades and developments, such as the MyView Dashboard - this is where staff can view their personal details and pay information, and where line managers can view their teams and approve expense claims. More details about MyView are available here.

People and OD Systems work closely with colleagues from across the University to ensure that downstream systems are fed correctly and appropriately with ResourceLink data. They also develop tools for reporting to allow People and Organisational Development colleagues to self-serve using Power BI.

The team lead on multiple external statutory commitments, including the HESA Staff Return and numerous surveys.
