Urgent Mental Health Support
If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts or at possible risk, the following services are available:

Mental Health Support Services
The University has a range of services and activities to help support your mental health. We aim to provide different ways to access mental health support to allow staff to choose the service that they feel is right for them.
Employee Assistance Programme
Our Employee Assistance Programme Health Hero.
Health Hero are a specialist external provider of staff wellbeing and mental health support services. Support is free and anonymous.

- Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – you’ll always be able to speak to someone confidentially who can help.
